About These Terms

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed with Ola Supplies LLC (“Ola Supplies,” “we” or “us”), whether online at olasupplies.com, by email or through a custom business quote. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

Who We Sell To

We sell to individual customers as well as clinics, practices, care facilities and other businesses. Some products may be restricted to licensed healthcare professionals or require a prescription. If an item has a restriction, we may ask for documentation before shipping, and we may cancel the order if it cannot be provided.

Product Information

• We work to show product descriptions, images and specifications accurately. Manufacturers may change packaging or specifications without notice, so the item you receive may look slightly different from the photo.
• Product information on our website is for general reference only and is not medical advice. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s label and instructions, and consult a healthcare professional about your specific needs.

Pricing & Availability

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice.
• If an item is priced incorrectly or becomes unavailable, we will contact you before shipping. You may choose to continue at the correct price, wait for a backorder, or cancel that item for a full refund.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and to decline or cancel any order.

Business Quotes

Quotes for bulk or business orders are valid for the period stated on the quote, or 30 days if no period is stated. Quoted prices apply only to the items, quantities and shipping destination listed on the quote. Any special return or delivery terms will be written on the quote.

Orders & Payment

• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email and process your payment.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other terms have been agreed in writing.
• We accept all major U.S. payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna (pay over time), ACH bank transfer, and secure payment links sent by email for quotes and invoices. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.
• Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Tax-exempt organizations should contact us with a valid exemption certificate before ordering.

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel an online order free of charge within 3 hours of placing it. Email support@olasupplies.com or use our contact form and include your order number.
• After 3 hours, your order may already be in process. If it has not shipped yet, we will still cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is handled as a return under our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Quote orders can be cancelled free of charge until we process them. Special-order items may be non-cancellable; if so, this will be stated on your quote.
• Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, contact us and we’ll send you a refund receipt you can share with your bank or card issuer.
• We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, priced incorrectly or restricted, or if payment cannot be verified. In that case, you receive a full refund.

Billing Questions & Disputes

If you see a charge you don’t recognize or have a problem with an order, please contact us first at support@olasupplies.com. We reply within 1–2 business days and work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement, a refund or a corrected invoice. Contacting us first is usually the fastest way to get your money back. If we cannot resolve it together, you keep any rights you have with your card issuer or payment provider.

Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying U.S. orders over $250; exclusions apply to oversized and freight items. Canadian orders receive a shipping quote that includes customs and duties. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, Damages & Restocking

Most unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to eligible returns. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for the complete terms.

Warranties

Products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, where one is offered. Ola Supplies does not add any separate warranty. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ola Supplies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
